1. Who controls the data

The controller is Beezy.

2. What data we collect

We collect only what the purposes described in this policy require:

• Contact details you provide voluntarily: name, email, phone and company.
• The content of the messages you send us.
• Job application data: CV, area of interest, professional profile links and the information contained in those documents.
• Technical browsing data: IP address, device type, browser, pages visited and traffic source.
• Consent records: which cookie choice you made, when, and under which version of this policy.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

Every processing activity has a defined purpose and a legal basis under article 7 of the LGPD:

• Replying to enquiries and preparing proposals — pre-contractual steps taken at the data subject's request (art. 7, V).
• Running recruitment processes and assessing applications — consent of the data subject (art. 7, I).
• Keeping the site working, secure and free from abuse — legitimate interest (art. 7, IX).
• Measuring site usage with analytics tools — consent, collected through the cookie banner (art. 7, I).
• Meeting legal, regulatory and tax obligations — art. 7, II.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only where necessary, with:

• Processors providing services to us (hosting, email, analytics, storage), contractually bound to this policy.
• Public authorities, where there is a legal obligation or a court order.

Some of these suppliers may process data outside Brazil. In those cases we require protection safeguards compatible with the LGPD, as set out in chapter V of the law.

5. How long we keep it

• Contact messages: for as long as handling the enquiry requires and, afterwards, for the period in which rights might be exercised.
• CVs and application data: up to 12 months after submission, unless you ask for deletion earlier.
• Access logs: for the period set out in the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework (Law No. 12.965/2014).
• Consent records: for the duration of the relationship and for as long as needed as evidence.

6. Your rights as a data subject

Article 18 of the LGPD guarantees you, at any time and free of charge:

• Confirmation that processing exists, and access to your data.
• Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data.
• Anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed unlawfully.
• Portability to another provider, upon express request.
• Deletion of data processed on the basis of your consent.
• Information about who we share your data with.
• Information about the option not to consent and the consequences of refusing.
• Withdrawal of consent at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, write to geral@beezydigital.com.br. We reply within the deadlines set by law. You may also lodge a complaint with the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

7. Security

We apply technical and administrative measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or destruction — including encrypted transmission (HTTPS), access control and periodic permission reviews.

No system is entirely immune. In the event of a significant security incident we will notify the affected data subjects and the ANPD, as required by article 48 of the LGPD.

8. Cookies

The use of cookies and similar technologies is described in detail in our Cookie Policy, where you can also change your preferences at any time.

9. Minors

This website is not intended for people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children or adolescents. If you identify such collection, contact us so the data can be deleted.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The update date at the top indicates the version in force. Significant changes will be announced prominently on the site.
